Terms of Service

1. The Service

TooHotToPost provides AI-assisted tools that generate text and other content for social media and marketing. Many tools are usable without an account; some features require a free account or a paid plan.

We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. Accounts use passwordless email sign-in; you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that violates the rules of the platforms you publish to.

You must not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security of the Service, nor resell it without our written permission.

4. AI-generated content

You own the inputs you provide. As between you and the Operator, you may use the outputs you generate, including commercially, subject to these Terms and the policies of any third-party platform you publish to.

AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before use and for ensuring they comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

5. Plans, billing & Merchant of Record

Paid plans (Pro, Team) are sold and billed by Polar Software Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller. Your purchase and payment relationship for paid plans is with Polar; applicable taxes are handled by Polar.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Quotas (e.g., daily or monthly generation limits) apply per plan and may be enforced.

6. Free tier & fair use

The free tier is provided as-is with usage limits and may include a watermark or attribution on certain outputs. We may adjust free-tier limits to keep the Service sustainable.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
