Refund Policy

This Policy explains refunds for paid TooHotToPost plans. Paid plans are sold by Polar Software Inc. as Merchant of Record; refunds are processed through Polar.
1. Subscriptions
Pro and Team are recurring subscriptions. You can cancel anytime from your account or via the Polar customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless the service has been fully performed. Because the Service provides immediate digital access, by purchasing you acknowledge the service begins immediately; statutory rights still apply where they cannot be waived.
3. Discretionary refunds
Outside the statutory window, refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods. We may grant refunds at our discretion in cases such as accidental duplicate charges, prolonged service failure attributable to us, or being charged after a timely cancellation.
4. How to request a refund
Contact support@toohottopost.com with your account email and the Polar order/receipt reference. As Merchant of Record, Polar handles the payment and processes approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Free tier
The free tier involves no payment and is therefore not eligible for refunds.
